Overview
VexxBoost (“we”) operates the vexxboost.com website and the VexxBoost Windows desktop client. This policy describes what we collect and why.
Account & license data
When you register, we store information needed to operate your account — such as your email, plan, license status, and device binding (HWID) for license enforcement. This data is used to authenticate you, deliver downloads, and manage subscriptions or redeemed keys.
Payments
Payments for premium plans are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe processes payment data according to its own privacy policy.
App diagnostics & logs
The desktop client performs local system scans and diagnostics on your PC. Diagnostic exports or feedback you choose to send are user-controlled — we do not silently upload full system telemetry without your action. Error or feedback submissions may include technical details you provide to help support.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not inject into games or modify game files. We do not claim to collect data for unrelated advertising profiles.
Cookies & sessions
The website uses session cookies (for example, authentication tokens) to keep you signed in. You can sign out to clear active sessions.
